Having worked with Dave McGill from Hardcore Revelation in the past, we were their first port of call when they began planning for their largest event to date at Club Ice in Westbury.
The 2000 capacity nightclub is split into four arenas. All of which needed sound, lighting and state of the art dj equipment.
After the initial site visit we went away to design and tailor a sound system to suit each room. Our proposal was accepted so it was just a matter of planning the logistics of the event, as we would be installing just over 5 tonnes of PA sound and laser equipment into the Club Ice venue
The main room was made up of 16x EM Acoustics MSE118 Quake Subs, 8x Meyer MSL 4 mid tops, with the addition of 4x JBL SRX 712 stage monitors all controlled via our XTA 448 system processors and a Yamaha LS9 32 Digital Mixing Console.
We also installed 4x Pioneer CDJ 1000's, a DJM 800 and a pair of Technics 1210's along with a pair of high power Void acoustics impulse 4t dj monitors.
The additional 3 rooms were made up of 8 stacks of d&b C7 and JBL SRX725 PA sound Systems. Again all the rooms were kitted out with CDJ'S, DJM 800s and Technics Decks.
Lastly the guys at Hardcore Revelation wanted a big laser production in the main room. We were able to provide this by using two 4 watt green DPSS laser systems controlled via laser electronics own Zion control software..... the result was staunning !
We looking forward to working with HR in 2011 providing sound & lighting systems to them.
