True Sound Hire Make The Battle Real

Every year The Sealed Knot, a charity that concentrates on the re-enactment of major battles to raise funds for various causes, host several extravaganzas that are as colourful as they are true-to-life.

These events often attract thousands of visitors and spectators who wish to see and hear everything there is to see and hear. This time round, The Sealed Knot decided that their re-enactment in Loseley Park, Guildford, Surrey need to be as realistic as possible, and that is why they turned to the professionals for the sound.

True Sound Hire responded to this unique challenge with their usual professionalism and aplomb, and with the use of some sophisticated equipment, including a d&b audio C7 PA sound system and four d&b audio E3’s as infills around the stage area, they ensured that the sound and effects were truly spectacular.  

With the noise of battle and the many different sound effects that clamour for the attention of spectators, this project surely presented an interesting challenge to our professional sound engineers.  

The basic equipment was augmented by the use of a Presonus mixing desk and a number of Shure radio microphones.
