Notting Hill Carnival

Most people have heard about Notting Hill Carnival but if you haven’t its held on every August bank holiday and has been running since 1966.

Notting Hill Carnival is the largest dance festival in Europe. Each year the streets of West London become packed with over 50,000 volunteers and over 1.5 million Notting Hill Carnival partygoers!

Each year since 2008 we packed three arctic trucks with tonnes & tonnes of Sound Equipment & DJ Equipment… We use a number of different PA systems from Meyer, d&b to Void but the general idea is the same each year…. Produce a very bass heavy sound system with maximum SPL (Sound Pressure level)

As sound levels restrictions become tighter each year we’re always thinking of new ways to get round new issues, this year we’re taking things one step further and the results should be mind blowing (while keeping within the regulations set by Notting Hill)
