Midas M32 Hire
The Sound & Light Hire Company will be introducing the new Midas M32 digital mixing console into our hire stock from Jan this year as part of our goal to keep improving our hire stock and moving things forward. The new Midas M32 will offer you a package of advanced live sound & attendant recording facilities at a great hire price.
As you have probably already read the Midas M32 is a 40-input mixer with 25 time-aligned and phase-coherent mix buses, and eight DCA groups. The M32 is much different from the X32 from Behringer as it uses the same mic preamplifiers as the Midas Pro series mixing desks like the PRO6 and PRO9 consoles. As well as being packed full of great sounding preamps the M32 also has expansion ports for Adat, Madi and Dante!
The Midas AES50 networking supports up to 96 inputs and 96 outputs, and its open architecture allows for future 96kHz operation using its 192kHz AD/DA converters something which will be very useful for larger festival sites and live music events.
We have held stock of the Behringer X32 with the S16 stage racks for about 18months now with nothing but positive feedback and great reviews but as with everything products move on and we believe that the Midas M32 along with the new M32 stage racks will provide us with a better hire product for you the end user.
At the moment we are being told that Midas M32 UK stock should be here by 24th September so with our fingers crossed and a little bit of luck the new Midas M32 will be in our warehouse all flightcased up and ready to rock out on hire by the 29th
The M32 hire cost should come in at just under £100.00 a day with a 32 send by 16 return stage rack being priced at about £50.00
