Alongside the stage deck itself we can also supply handrails around the stage and step accessories if requested.  A lot of customers request draping around the bottom of the staging to make it look more polished and perhaps to finish off the look they require carpet on top of the stage deck which is not a problem we can be supply this as well.

The overall look of a raised platform which is draped around the sides and front topped off by being carpeted, is a popular choice for weddings. Not only is this sought after by couples for their big day we get asked a lot by corporate clients for this type of look for award ceremonies or event product launches. Generally, the staging panels are supplied on 1.5ft legs, however, we can accommodate for a more bespoke height if this is preferred but we would need to know in advance to get them cut to size. Or you may just require the staging panels themselves without all the frills which of course we can supply on their own.

For those looking to put on an outdoor event we stock outdoor festival stages in numerous sizes. The more popular sizes which are most cost efficient and offer a relatively quick set up and pack down time are the 6m x 4m and 7m x 5m outdoor stages. For those of you who are looking for larger outdoor stages then we can also help with that! The next size up is the 10m x 8m and largest option we do would be the huge 12m x 10m stage.

We suggest our 6m x 4m stage for smaller audiences of up to about 700 people but this can be stretched further it just depends on the type of event you are holding and the layout arrangement of the audience. This outdoor stage can be built in about 4 hours and a similar time for pack down as well. Of course, external factors come into play which may affect the set-up time such as weather or problematic access onto the site. We ensure we ask all the relevant questions we need to know to factor in time for set up beforehand, so no one is left in the dark. This can also be flipped so we can set up in a shorter time frame than 4 hours if we had additional crew and the weather is on our side!

Looking for a larger staging option for your outdoor event? Perhaps the 6m x 4m is slightly small for your event type. The next size up is our 7m x 5m stage and this stage we would suggest for audiences of up to about 2000 people. Again as mentioned previously this could be suitable for a larger audience depending on the event type and audience arrangement. This stage takes a bit longer to be built and packed away we would allocate roughly about 6 hours either side. Some events require larger outdoor stages and we can help with that to. The other stage sizes we offer are the 10m x 8m or 12m x 10m outdoor stages. Both require a day either side of the event for rigging/ de rigging.

To give an idea of costs for a couple of the outdoor stage hires:

6m x 4m outdoor stage would be £700 plus the crew and transportation

6m x 4m outdoor stage + Sound & Lighting would be £1500 plus the crew and transportation

10m x 8m outdoor stage would be £4500 plus the crew and transportation

Please note that with all our stages we offer sound, lighting and outdoor LED video screens which can be supplied as a complete package or separately if preferred. You will find that ordering the production and staging from the same company works out to be more cost efficient and less time consuming for you! Having mentioned that we also supply LED video screen briefly above, this is something which goes hand in hand with staging. In more recent times we are being asked a lot for LED video screen for outdoor events and a common question we respond with is how would you like the LED screen hung? Often the most popular way we have found of displaying LED screens for festivals, outdoor cinemas or movie nights is by placing the screen onto raised staging panels, then covering the bottom of the staging with drape.
