What About Delivery?
Delivery fees are charged at a flat fee of £0.70 per mile from Guildford town centre, and we charge for both legs of the journey (to your venue and back again). Regardless of where your event is being held, we must be made aware of any parking restrictions/access problems prior to your event so we can plan accordingly.
Similarly, we need adequate parking space for the delivery vehicles as well as parking permits (if required). Finally, we must have an appropriate, safe, and secure area to load and unload near the venue. A great deal of the equipment we hire out weighs a substantial amount, and thus we need to be as close to your venue as possible (ideally under 30 metres).
What if We Dry Hire and Need Help?
